The staff's friendliness, professional service, and politeness. The cozy and well-furnished rooms. The excellent breakfast buffet with local and vegetarian options. The beautiful view of the Shwedagon Pagoda from the restaurant. The convenient location near People's Park and easy travel access.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel near Shwegadon Pagoda. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to provide any information I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with a view of the amazing Pagoda. The breakfast had a good spread of options, including local Myanmar fare, and the coffee was decent.

All the small issues mentioned in the review were quickly resolved by the hotel staff.

Our family of four with small kids had a fantastic stay in this hotel located in a lovely neighborhood with nice eateries and shops within walking distance. the staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lush view from the window. the bathroom was clean and tidy with great water pressure. We loved the varied breakfast buffet with plenty of options to choose from, and the restaurant on the top floor was a great bonus.

There was some noise from a nearby bar that was open late.

Had an amazing weekend at a hotel in the heart of the city! Loved the stunning view of the famous pagoda from the room and the helpful staff at the restaurant. the lobby area was spacious and the bellman had a friendly smile. the hotel is located near many important sights in the city. Loved the refillable jug and purified water, perfect for eco-conscious travelers.

The communication at check-in could have been better. the receptionist wasn't very talkative and didn't welcome me warmly.

My experience at this hotel was hindered by the constant noise from the surrounding areas at night. The street traffic and barking dogs made it hard to get a good night's rest.
